Holos Diamante spans across 200 acres of protected mountain jungle in Costa Rica's Diamante Valley. It is home to seven private waterfalls and overlooks Diamante Falls—the tallest waterfall in the country.
This sacred valley is 4 hours from the San Jose International Airport and 45 minutes from Dominical, offering space for creative expression, and deep earth connection through intimate nature immersion.

Meet Your Guide
Liya Garber, E-RYT 500, is a Bay Area–based yoga and meditation teacher and the founder of Aura Kundalini Yoga. She is known for her modern, accessible approach to Kundalini energy, mind reprogramming, and emotional intelligence. As the creator of the Self-Mastery Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training (200-hour, E-RYS), Liya has empowered hundreds of students to unlock their potential and embody lasting transformation.
Specializing in leading transformative retreats — especially in Costa Rica — Liya has guided seven retreats and cultivated a mastery for creating spaces that allow participants to expand into new levels of consciousness. The retreat containers she holds are deeply supportive, heart-opening, and designed for true breakthroughs of body, mind, and spirit.
Formerly a New York business executive, Liya healed her thyroid through Kundalini Yoga and naturopathy, which ignited her dedication to creating sacred spaces for healing and growth. Her joyful, wisdom-filled style reflects her global journey, including time spent in India and Guatemala. Today, she offers weekly classes, retreats, workshops, and trainings worldwide.
